Sources are separated by what they can establish: dated platform rules, saved CNFans material, recorded page observations and individual community reports. The practical checklists are editorial recommendations, with unresolved details left explicit.
Rules we read in the original
Every rule quoted on this site comes from Taobao's public rules centre, rule.taobao.com, which covers Taobao and Tmall and can be read without signing in. The pages are built by script, so we opened them in a browser, saved the rule text and noted the revision date the centre gives. Quotes on this site are translated from the Chinese; where wording matters we print the Chinese beside it.
Rules here are dated readings, not a complete account of every current campaign. Open the official rule for the relevant transaction and confirm the applicable version. This independent guide has no verified correction inbox or promised reply service.

Pages we opened without signing in
We ran this check on 19 October 2026 in a fresh browser signed in to nothing, to see what a buyer abroad meets before any account is involved. A Taobao search page showed a sign-in prompt 亲，请登录 and a results area stuck on 加载中 (loading), with no items and so no after-coupon prices. The address commonly given for the paid membership redirected to a shop-not-found page. Two Weidian listings opened normally, with price, sales count and options, and both carried the coupon strip described on the new-customer page.
The lesson is modest. Without an account, most deal prices on Taobao and Tmall are simply not visible from abroad, which is one more reason a catalog card's figure needs checking against the listing the purchaser will open.
Forum threads, read for questions only
The shopping guide links selected Reddit reports about payment recognition and refund stages. They do not establish a transferable price or a current agent policy. We have no verified sample of Discord discussions or video comments for this site.
For CNFans in particular, public discussion in October 2026 mixes the maintenance notice with claims we cannot check. We quote none of it. The only statements about the agent's status on this site are what its own pages showed when we opened them, with the date.
Why this spreadsheet sorts by account
Most finds sites sort discounts by size. We sort them by owner, because size is the part that changes and ownership is the part that holds. A coupon amount will be different next week; the fact that a coupon belongs to the account that claimed it will not. That is why this site gives no amounts, ranks no deals and promises no prices.
Category destinations help organise browsing, but a working category does not prove that every listing is available. The site does not continuously monitor external products or guarantee a repair when an outside link fails.
Dated changes to these notes
This is the change log. Each entry says what changed and when; the footer of every page carries the date the rules were last read.
